Utah Sheepadoodle Breeder

Our goal is to deliver our customers with happy, healthy and well-adjusted puppies. We do small scale breeding of our absolute favorite dog, the Sheepadoodle! We have three gorgeous dogs; one female Old English Sheepdog, one female F1 Sheepadoodle, and one male Standard Poodle. All of our parent dogs have been fully health and genetic tested.

Just like our adult dogs, our puppies are socialized and hand raised in our home with all of the love, care, typical noises and bustle of an active household. We spend significant time with the puppies working on crate training, litter training and doing various stimulation activities.

You will be able to choose your puppy around  6 weeks, and they will be ready to come home with you at 8 weeks. They come to you dewormed, dew claws removed, first set of shots, a health guarantee, a toy or blanket with the scent of their litter mates, and an informational folder.

Please feel free to contact us with any questions by emailing diggitydoodles@gmail.com

                                                           Health Guarantee

Your puppy is defined as a Standard Sheepadoodle. Diggity Doodles guarantees the above puppy to be healthy at the time of sale. Your puppy has received the appropriate shots, dew claws removed, and deworming schedule for your puppy’s age. We will provide you with a health record detailing treatment your puppy has received under our care. We offer a three day well puppy health guarantee. Diggity Doodles does not guarantee against conditions such as common and easily treatable parasites, worms, hernias and other minor health issues.

If your puppy is found to have a serious condition when it is taken for a well check visit within the first three days of possession, you must provide a letter from the veterinarian on their company letterhead. Diggity Doodles will set up, pay for, and request a second opinion from another veterinarian either in your local area or ours. If your puppy is still determined to have a serious condition, you will then have seven days to return the puppy to us. We will arrange and pay for return shipping. When we receive the puppy, the purchase price shall be refunded to you.

Diggity Doodles does not guarantee the puppy’s adult size, coat quality or color, teeth, bite, or temperament. Adult size and coat colors cannot be determined during the first year or more. Resulting coat color usually remains within a similar color hue. Coat quality and color can be a result of diet and health.

                                                      Replacement Guarantee

Diggity Doodles also offers a replacement guarantee within the first eighteen months of life. If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses the dog with a serious genetic condition within the first eighteen months of life, and provides a signed statement on company letterhead detailing the medical problem, Diggity Doodles will set up, pay for and request a second opinion from a licensed veterinarian in your local area. We will then replace the dog with a similar puppy in the next available litter. You are not required to return the dog to us to receive a replacement puppy in this situation. Shipping/travel costs will be the responsibility of the Buyer. The Buyer understands that they will have to wait for the next available litter. If the “well check” is not performed within three days of possession, the eighteen month replacement guarantee is null and void.

Diggity Doodles is not responsible for any veterinary bills that may be incurred by the Buyer. The health warranty is an agreement between the Buyer and the Breeder and does not transfer to a third party.

In the event that the Buyer can no longer care for or house the dog, they must surrender the dog to Diggity Doodles. Also, the Buyer may, at any time, for any reason, surrender the dog to Diggity Doodles.  However, no refunds will be given. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. There will not be a co-ownership with the Breeder and Buyer.

                                                   Treatment/Maintenance of Dog

The Buyer agrees to maintain the puppy’s health in good condition, to provide yearly examinations, vaccinations, deworming and other usual procedures necessary to ensure good health. The Buyer shall provide the dog with humane care. The dog is to be kept as a pet and not permanently kept outside. The Buyer agrees to never place the animal in a shelter, rescue organization, or any other institution that takes in unwanted pets.

The Buyer understands that grooming must be maintained to protect the health of the dog. The Breeder recommends that the dog be groomed at least every 6 weeks.

* The Breeder neither makes nor implies any warranties or guarantees, express or implied, other than those written in the agreement. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the Breeder and the Buyer with respect to this sale. The Buyer’s signature indicates that he/she has read, agrees to and understands all the conditions of this Standard Sheepadoodle Purchase Agreement.
